Is the wash safe for my car?
Our wash incorporates a state-of-the-art cleaning system included with the brand new NEOGLIDE technology. NEOGLIDE is a gentle, scratch free material that will not cause damage to your vehicle.
I have a unique vehicle, will it be able to go through your wash?
Most cars can fit into our tunnel. The following cars WILL NOT fit:
1. Ford Raptor trucks, or similar wide-shaped body styles.
3. Low riders and vehicles with major lift kits.
4. Vehicles with excessive damage.
5. Vehicles with a cracked windshield.
Do you provide detail and full-service?

Yes! We offer an express detail. With this option, you will select any wash package and elect for an additional $15 charge. Express detail includes a staff member to towel dry your exterior, vacuum your interior, wipe down your dash, center console, door panels, door jams, and windows, and clean your floor mats using our rhino cleaner (pressure wash & dry for weathertech).
I think your car wash caused damage to my vehicle.
If you feel as though there is damage to your vehicle that was not previously there before your visit, please come to our site and speak with the manager on site. During this process, we can look into our cameras to see if the damage was there previously, or to see what may of caused it.
Please note, we are not responsible for the following:
Broken antennas, lost magnets or decals, sharkfins, bug shields, loose chrome, wipers, glued on spoilers, non-factory items, and cars 10-years or older.
If you believe the damage was done during your visit, please bring the following information to us:
- Your cars make, model and year (if not present)
- The time and day you visited our wash

How do memberships work?
We offer three membership packages. Each membership offers a unique washing experience and chemistry application to further detail your car.
(note, when purchasing a membership, please have your license plate number and vehicle make, model and year ready)
License Plate Recognition:
Our License Plate Recognition makes washing a breeze! By pulling up the gate, our LPR system has already recognized your membership and will open automatically! No sticker on your windshield is necessary!
You pay month-to-month and your payment will automatically renew every 30 days. Credit or debit card is necessary to sign up. You may purchase these at the pay station kiosk, on our website, or by coming into our lobby and purchasing them in person.
Gifting a membership:
This is possible so long as you have the information ready!
We do not have a family plan for memberships at this time. Your membership is unique to you and cannot be transferred vehicle-to-vehicle.

Our proccess has made it easy for you to come and go quickly as to allow you to spend more time doing the things you love. With our complimentary towels and windex, free vacuums, and top of the line mat washing station you can easily finish your car without having to rummage for loose change while at our site.
